Vision& Mission

Our Vision:

Empower and assist armed service community members on a daily basis. Creating the future from today to ultimately stop the number of veterans who take their own lives. Healthy bodies, healthy minds, exercise changes lives.

Our Mission:

Our vision takes shape through multi dimensional recovery work.  Physical & mental recovery elements, movement/ working out, re-establishing a supportive community,  building new relationships, learning new skills, and achieving new accomplishments remind service members they have the skills, and qualities of resilience to conquer situations.

Our Team creates the possibility of a collaborative effort between the CrossFit and health practitioner communities to impact the armed service community. Many soldiers return from war suffering with ailments that go untreated. Once home, if not given proper treatment and stimulus, their wounded bodies and idle minds can become unhealthy. Some with PTSD may further bury their emotions becoming even more withdrawn from society. Sadly, these broken warriors are harder to reach as time passes.

The impact begins……….

Our Team builds a network of CrossFit boxes and gym locations for armed service members to identify a location in their area or an area they are relocated. Welcoming current and retired service members into our CrossFit community has the power to provide life changing experiences, and transform the quality of one’s life. As a community, we are the first line of defense in assisting members of the armed service to successfully return to civilian life.

Our Team builds a network of health practitioners who understand and apply changing views and aspects of recovery. Physical health resources include physical therapy, and chiropractic care. Mental health resources include a veterans’ suicide prevention crisis line, suicide prevention hotline, PTSD counseling, and dependency/addiction counseling.

Our growing multi-talented team includes experts in multiple aspects of well being. With the support of benefactors, our facility network, and purchase with purpose we are able to provide scholarship assistance obtaining basic necessities (recovery tools, medical services, counseling services, facility membership, skills training, and nutritional resources).

We have donated over $275, 000 in recovery equipment to armed service community members.

It’s a strong start.

But we have much more to do!
